1. How do I Sign Up as an affiliate?

Go to Affiliate section and click Sign Up.

If u can't sign up use a different email address than your customer account.

2. Can I use the same email for my customer and affiliate accounts?

No. Customer and affiliate accounts must use different email addresses.

This page does not allow the same email to be used for both.

3. I already have a LexBeatz customer account. How do I access my Affiliate account?

If you have created a customers account you must log out of your customer account first.

Then, go to the Affiliate login page and log in in with your affiliate email.

4. I can’t log in to my affiliate account. What should I do?

Clear your browser cookies and cache, then try again. Make sure you’re not logged into your customer account when trying to access the affiliate dashboard.

Use one email for your customer account and another email for your affiliate account.

Log-out of one account to log-in to another.

5. My referral link isn't tracking clicks or sales. Why?

Double-check that you’re sharing the correct referral link from your affiliate dashboard. Also, ensure the user doesn’t have tracking blockers or incognito mode on.

6. When do affiliates get paid?

Payouts are sent automatically on the 15th of every month once you’ve earned at least $50.

7. How are affiliate payments made?

All payments are processed through PayPal in either USD or EUR. Make sure your PayPal email is correctly added to your affiliate account.

8. What happens if I don’t reach the $50 payout threshold?

Your earnings roll over to the next month until the $50 minimum is reached.

9. How much do I earn per sale?

You earn 50% commission on every sale made through your referral links.

Available selling items are selected for you by our team.

10. Where do I find my affiliate links?

Log into your affiliate dashboard.

You'll see your referral links next to each product or on the main dashboard.

11. A customer bought through my link but I didn’t get credited. What happened?

Make sure the customer didn’t use a different browser,

disabled cookies, or clicked another referral link before purchasing.

12. I can’t access the wishlist or cart. What do I do?

This usually happens when cookies are blocked.

Try clearing your browser cache or switching to another browser.

13. Can I promote LexBeatz on multiple platforms or accounts?

Yes. You can use your affiliate links on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, blogs, or even dedicated promo accounts.

14. I didn’t receive my payout email from PayPal. What should I do?

Make sure you connect the same email that you use for your PayPal account. Check your spam/junk folder, or contact us if it still hasn’t arrived after the 15th.

When you are asked to connect your email to paypal, make shure you connect same email as you are using on your PayPal.

Customer or affiliate email accounts are only for logging in.

Your PayPal email is where your earnings are paid or transferred.

15. I see an error while registering or logging in.

Try clearing cookies, switching browsers, or using incognito mode. Ensure you’re using the correct login page (Affiliate or customer)

16. I signed up for the affiliate program but haven't been accepted

after 12 hours — What should I do?

If it’s been more than 12 hours since you registered and your affiliate account hasn’t been approved yet, please contact us. Include a short description of the issue so we can review your request and help you get started as soon as possible.
